Technology

Each of our constructions feature unique custom technology from designing to finish:

Designing

We utilize state of the art computer aided designing for all our shapes. Having the benefit of 3d previews and full data base to be able to accurately reproduce or modify any shape at will.

 

Shaping

Our in house 4 axis CNC machine - exclusively custom built for windsurf board shaping - is working with 100% perfection leaving us minimum amount of fine shaping for the smooth surfaces.

 

Materials

We carefully select the finest materials from Europe to Australia including LG700 resin system, high grade EPS core, high density Dyvinicell and organic bamboo sandwich material, premium fiberglass, s-glass, carbon, biax carbon and dyneema fabrics.

 

Fittings

All our boards exclusively feature custom made carbon finboxes and mastboxes, stainless steel metric double screw (4 by strap) inserts for the ultimate strength and low weight.

 

Building

Sandwiching and laminating stages are handmade by our skilled craftsmen. Each of the 4 stages are followed by 24-hour vacuuming. Besides being able to adapt to demands the most important benefit of our custom technology is the overlapping between deck and bottom lamination, that results strength and durability that mass production boards can not match. Finboxes and mastboxes are the most stress exposed parts, therefore we apply oversized carbon reinforcements in and around the box pockets with no exception. Our ResiX system ensures outstanding strength to weight ratio by the strategic placement of reinforcement panels exactly where those are needed. Such as angled carbon stringers under the bottom sandwich, multiple layers of carbon patches bellow and above the deck sandwich at the standing area, or overlapped S-glass nose, tail and rail protection bands. The building process is topped with 6-hour heat curing at 60C for higher temperature resistance and best mechanical properties of the epoxy structure.

 

Finish

Each board is gel coated and sanded twice for the immaculate surface. All our graphics are hand painted with high quality UV resistant 2k paints. The closing lacquer layer holds the non-slip on the deck and gets polished on the rails and bottom. Our comfortable footstraps and double layer heel bumper footpads come in multiple variations to perfectly match shape and graphics.

You can choose from 6 constructions featuring different materials, reinforcements and layer thicknesses to fully optimize the strength, weight and stiffness of your MOJO custom board according to the type, your style and your conditions which is an evident advantage over mass production.

 

Beat EG - Affordable quality.

Our standard construction offers unbeatable value for the money that can conquer any rival in performance though being trusty on and off the water. Ideal for virtually any board type. Both inner and outer laminates consist of multiple layers of quality fiberglass and ResiX reinforcements making it a durable structure with good flex. Beat EG boards come with custom carbon finboxes, mastboxes and stainless steel metric inserts.

Soul SG - Uncompromised light weight.

This extra light MOJO construction is engineered for high performance without compromising strength that is crucial for freewave and freeride boards. The latest, professional composite materials we use here have 30-40% better mechanical characteristics than standard fiberglass. The inner and outer laminate both feature full layers of high grade s-glass for higher impact resistance and medium flex. Stiffness can be fine-tuned for flexible or semi-stiff with the choice of carbon or s-glass ResiX reinforcement panels. Custom carbon finboxes, mastboxes and stainless steel metric inserts also ensure superior strength to weight ratio. 

Soul BX - High performance light weight.

Full carbon extra light MOJO construction ensure direct power-transmission ideal for slalom, freestyle and freerace boards. The inner laminate features a full layer of high grade s-glass. The outer laminate is full biax-carbon for stiff, responsive feel. Biax-carbon and carbon ResiX reinforcement panels, custom carbon finboxes, mastboxes and stainless steel metric inserts promote light weight, strength and stiffness.

Rock SG - Lasting strength.

Our super strong construction that provides careless enjoyment with your wave, freewave boards even in the harshest of conditions. S-glass utilized here has significantly better breaking strength than standard fiberglass. The inner laminate as well as the outer laminate is done with multiple layers of high grade s-glass and quality fiberglass resulting outstanding durability. We use especially oversized ResiX reinforcement panels, either made of S-glass for higher flex or Biax-carbon for medium stiffness. The extra reinforced custom carbon finboxes, mastboxes and stainless steel metric inserts make it almost un-destroyable.

Rock BX - Lasting tense.

This full carbon super strong construction is designed to last but deliver direct feel for your freestyle, slalom or freerace board. The inner laminate is constructed with multiple layers of high grade s-glass and quality fiberglass while the outer laminate is full Biax-carbon making it responsive and stiff. The especially oversized biax-carbon ResiX panels, the extra reinforced custom carbon finboxes, mastboxes and stainless steel metric inserts ensure outstanding strength.

Hard Rock DY - Bending, not breaking.

The ultimate construction based on the unparalleled features of Dyneema fabric as 12 times better breaking strength and impact resistance than standard fiberglass and better flex than carbon that are keys to secure wave and freewave boards put to the most hard-core conditions. The inner laminate consists of multiple layers of high grade s-glass, quality fiberglass and bamboo double sandwich panels at the standing area. The outer laminate is made with full layers of Dyneema toped with quality fiberglass providing resistance to literally any impact. The especially oversized ResiX panels are either made of s-glass for higher flex or biax-carbon for medium stiffness. The extra reinforced custom carbon finboxes, mastboxes and stainless steel metric inserts are matching its unbreakable nature.
